Project Overview:
We are currently working on an exciting Satellite Bus Development project for multiple CubeSats scheduled for launch in December 2023 and July 2024. Our mission is to create an educational and connected platform with the possibility of open sourcing parts of the project. We are collaborating with several research groups to integrate multiple payloads into our CubeSats. Our team is comprised of young, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about space exploration and technology.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Intern to join our Satellite Development team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real space hardware and to collaborate with a great team of young engineers and experienced consulting engineers in-house.

Possible Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the mechanical design or electrical engineering aspects of the satellite bus development
- Contribute to STM32 embedded development, testing, and radio communication aspects of the project
- Support procurement engineering and payload management activities
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address project areas that need attention
- Continuously expand knowledge and skillset in satellite development and related fields → we have regular in-house workshops on many technologies 

Required Skills (one hard skill suffices):
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong foundation in mechanical design or electrical engineering or embedded systems
- Familiarity with STM32 embedded development, testing, and radio communication systems
- Knowledge of procurement engineering and payload interfacing 
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Highly motivated and eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic project

- Fluent German or English knowledge
